All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made-- John 1:3
Do we fully accept this? I remember an episode of All in the Family in which Archie Bunker defended smoking, saying "God meant for man to smoke...everything God planted is for man to use." Then when asked about marijuana, he replied, "God didn't plant marijuana; that was..." and I can't remember the rest of the quote. Anyway, the point is that people will rationalize anything they want to be true. The concept of "If it exists, then God made it" can be a hard one to deal with-- probably less so for physical objects than for ideas and thought patterns [which do exist]. So what are a few examples of which it might be claimed that God did not make them, and how do we explain ['rationalize'] it?
God made EVERYTHING?

Some of the things you listed are corrupted affections. God made affections, yes, and He made all things good, but He didn't make all things incorruptible.

Before answering any specific questions a proper study of God's holy attributes would go a long way to answering these questions before they're even asked
For example let's say you see the same vision Isaiah saw of the Lord Jesus Christ seated upon the throne do you think you ask him a question about whether it's okay to smoke weed? -

Scripture tells us:
Genesis 1:31. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Scripture also tells us:
Ecclesiastes 7:29, {NKJV} Truly, this only I have found: That God made man upright, But they have sought out many schemes.
Aaron sums up the situation very well as most who have posted agree. I don't believe I could have done as well so I will have to "amen' Aaron!

God did create satan
God also decreed the fall that He might exalt to Son and redeem a people unto Himself. By doing so, we can now worship God in love not only as our creator, but as our Redeemer, Sustainer and Friend.
Dementia, sin, health problems etc are as a direct result of the fall in Genesis chapter 3 -

The question remains: did God create corruptability?

Where do you see corruptibility as part of the original creation?
Things that are corruptible were as a result of the curse....not the creation.
