Considering christian servuce, I have been told by some that good is the enemy of perfect. Others have said perfect is the enemy of good.

For "good is the enemy of perfect", the idea is that some Christians are satisfied to do some good things, when they could do things much better.

For "perfect is the enemy of good", the idea is that some Christians are afraid they will make mistakes, therefore they don't even try at all.

Have you observed both types of Christians?

    Any personal experiences?

    ....hmmmm, interesting notion...

I think that I have been at both places at various times in my christian walk.
