If he did say that in that context I'm speechless and I am glad he's shown Trump his true colors.

I asked a question. I never said or implied anything. Simply wanted to know what you thought.

I am delighted my self. This is what we need - a true separation of powers.

He criticizes when he feels contrary to the presidents executive order(s).

Looks like this is fake news. Sen. Richard Blumenthal is a known liar who even lied about his military service. Trump is now addressing the story, says Blumenthal misrepresented Gorsuch's comments which were made in private. More to come, I'm sure.

But here is your problem. Gorsuch's words were confirmed by others including Gorsuch's spokesman, Ron Bonjean:

    From: http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/09/politics/donald-trump-neil-gorsuch-democrats/

Within a half-hour, Gorsuch spokesman Ron Bonjean, who was tapped by the White House to head communications for Gorsuch, confirmed that the nominee, Gorsuch, used those words in his meeting with Blumenthal. Several other senators, including Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska, later relayed similar accounts of Gorsuch forcefully criticizing Trump's public attacks on the judiciary branch.

You can cling to this if you like, but it appears Gorsuch has communicated to Trump there is misrepresentation. Context is everything. We will find out. Plus, look who your citing—the kings of fake news.

Give us a credible link with this information.

If he didn't say it, why did his spokesman and others confirm that he did say it?

Please don't say because Trump said that the senator lied. Trump has destroyed his own credibility on this and other topics.

OK but I would want Gorsuch to issue a denial or explanation of what he said (or didn't say).

Said what? Do you have a credible quote from Gorsuch? Did his spokesman say he said it just as Blumenthal reported, in context? If you can provide that, you'll have a case. Right now all you have is Blumenthal and CNN. That says it all.

Regardless a judge is supposed to put the law above his/her own personal opinions.

Well we'll see. This is going to unravel pretty quick, I think. Here's what we do know. Per CNN,

"Trump's dig at Blumenthal's military service is a reference to Blumenthal's past misrepresentations about his service during the Vietnam era.

Blumenthal obtained multiple military deferments to avoid getting drafted into the Vietnam War and ultimately landed in the Marine Corps Reserve and never deployed to Vietnam, though he claimed multiple times he had served in Vietnam. Blumenthal apologized for misrepresenting his service in 2010."

This is CNN saying this. Blumenthal is known to misrepresent things for political gain. Would it be any surprise he misrepresented Gorsuch's comments for political gain?

    Divert, distract, and accuse.

Leading question, innuendo. You're learning from the masters, I see.
