Was just reading this Arminian based evangelism book and this guy practices aggressive soul winning to the point that someone have gotten out a gun. This is an offense to Christ to force feed people the gospel. Mark Cahill has some good material but a closer look at scripture suggests he is paining his experiences and teaching them to people over the bible in his books.
I have another arminian based evangelism book I was reading where the author shows a far more Christ like spirit.
Sadly he misses repentance and relies too much on the prayer of salvation.
It's not the rabbits themselves, but that terrible, bone-chilling screeching wail that they yell. Man! Fingernails on blackboards pumped through an amp set at 11.
I have a question (not looking for rabbits...it's a serious inquiry).
You mention "Arminian based evangelism" and that this author misses repentance.
Yet when we actually look at Arminianism, their theology stresses repentance.
How exactly do you come to your conclusions that stressing repentance is a Calvinistic distinctive?
He could be Arminian, or just about anything I suppose.
Reading this thread it just dawned on me that Arminians take repentance to a degree farther than Calvinists (and Scripture)...they don't take it lightly or miss it.
As far as Carter's rabbit, it swam towards his boat.
