Have you seen Christmas decorations in stores yet.

I just saw some being put up on the shelf at a grocery store today.

The local Home Depot is already selling Christmas lights. Good thing, too. I need some new white ones. I don't wait until the last minute to get my lights, I usually get them at the end of October.

I think I'm going to get the LED ones. Since they use less energy, I can run them off the same cord rather than using different cords.

I've seen Christmas cards.

If there have been any Christmas decorations, I didn't notice them. They put out Halloween stuff in late August now, and shortly after it seems, Christmas.

What about Thanksgiving? Are they skipping over that? I guess it's not as much of a money maker for most stores.

Yep, have seen them, dollar store has some, and I think I remember seeing them somewhere else, not sure where.

My sister and I saw a house with a "Christmas countdown " plaque in the window - 88 days from last Sunday, it seems.......................

Yeah I did. And it really ticked me off.

They put it it right in front of the 2012 New Years display!

I've seen some for St Nicolas (6th December, chocolates ...), but nothing for christmas yet.
