Thought I would begin with an itroduction, which seems like a reasonable way to start.
I am currently a Pastor in the UK, but my earlier life was very nomadic. My dad was in the British Royal Air Force as I was also for ten years soon after leaving school. Consequently, the first 30 years of my life I was never anywhere from birth more than 3 years maximum, ands many places it was for a shorter period than that. By the time I had completed my secondary schooling as a teenager I had been through 14 different schools. There may be educational disavantages from such a nomadic life, but I guess I also had the advantages of learning hands on from living through out the world.
I am the author of "From Barren rocks to living stones", which is a memoire of 18 months of my teenage experiences lived in Aden, which is now in the southern part of what is known as the Yemen. It s set in 1966/67, at the latter part of the British presence in that part of the world. (Some of you may have noticed that the Gulf of Aden has often featured in the media in recent years in relation to the Somali Pirates). I have another 3 books in various stages of production.
The following link, should any be interested, is to the facebook page that relates to the book.
