About a year ago I went to my grandmother's funeral and they sung a hymnal there that I would like to print out, frame, and present to my grandfather in memory of my grandmother. I am told it was he personal favorite to sing in church. I think the name of the hymnal is "One Red Rose Will do" (Although I could be wrong) if it helps in the location of the hymnal, the church that my grandparents belong to is the Old Regular Baptist Church. I think it could be found in one of their song books, although I have never been able to locate one
If someone could find the hymnal and E-mail me the lyrics to it, I would be very grateful.
God Bless

I searched on www.cyberhymnal.org and nothing like that came up, Jon. Sorry
-
Diane;
Though the cyber hymnal is very good, it is nevertheless lacking in many good old hymns. I went looking for "Zion's Hill" and it wasn't there either. It's one of my favorites.
Jon;
Try a google search like this:
Hymns/One Red Rose

I think Purple Lady has the song you want.
A great tenor named Rosie Rozelle used to sing "Just One Rose Will Do" when I was a child. It was the favorite of a lot of older folks. It's a great old song and a favorite of mine also. -
Purple Lady, I went back and looked at your site again. The song I remember is the one you have as "One Red Rose Will Do". I have never seen the others.
