Just so you know ...
I was flipping past TBN (yes, I like to see what they're up to) and found folks who disagree with the prosperity gospel referred to as "heretic hunters."
Apparently, some of the criticism is hitting home ... but they're trying to turn it to their advantage.

Update:
Rod Parley said "I get upset when you don't go to your phones ..."

Update No. 2:
Parsley says we can escape Alzheimer's by listening to him.
"You can miss that mess."
It would make me sick if it weren't so ludicrous.
God help us.

RSR...
I'm just wondering about you and this thread in this forum: Is watching and quoting wacko televangelists your hobby?
YD -

Keep it up, rsr. Your doing a good thing. Expose the liars & false prophets for what they are. I'm enjoying it.
-
So they have Alzheimer's in the bag now, too? How noble of them!
They cannot worship God and money both -- guess where their attention is focused?
I'm just not real sure God appreciates people 'using' Him that way... -

Remember years ago when Oral Roberts said that "God is going to kill me unless you people give a million dollars to this ministry!"?
Can't swear to the exact quote, but this was the gist of it!  -
Possibly "3 million dollars in unmarked bills"?
-
rsr how does the Lord use it when you watch Christian programs whose teachings/doctrine you don't agree with?

Since the beginning of time there have been misguided people. Our response should always be Christ-like.
When we read about all the people in the scriptures, and how God used them in spite of themselves. Ou God is truly an AWESOME God!
I am so glad that He picks me up when I am down, I am so incredibly thankful that He is there with open arms when I mess things up! I am so thankful that I am surrounded by loving Christians who build bridges instead of walls.
I am so incredibly thankful that when The Creator of the universe looks upon me, He does not see my sin, He sees the Blood of Jesus that has taken my sins as far as the east is from the west.
Sometimes we need to turn on the light instead of rebuking the darkness. Then the unsaved will see that light, and glorify God! Amen?

It's nice to see there's something we can all agree on. They are money grubbing frauds.
-
Oh, I don't agree with that, actually.
I think they are sincere. They may be wrong in some things but I don't believe they are 'frauds'.

Sincere ? I think they sincerely want to be rich.
-
I agree.
Not to say that there aren't some who are sincere but Benny Hinn has been caught too many times and Joyce Meyer has had her false teaching pointed out but was unwilling to change.
Larry Lea was a fraud. W.V.Grant was a fraud. Mike Warnke was a fraud. Bob Tilton's off in his own little fraud universe.
There are some who I think are sincere, just misguided.
The problem is that all of the frauds make it hard to care.
