No doubt, there. But I gotta say that Trayvon Martin was most likely up to no good.

Remember that high-pitched sream/squeal that was played in court? Even Martin's father denied that it was his son's voice. It was that of Zimmerman. He was being clobbered and thought he was going to be killed by this kid. He was scared for his life.

The majority of the evidence presented in court portrayed Martin straddling Zimmerman and punching him. Zimmerman had wounds to the back of his head and face. Forensics said the muzzle of the gun was touching Martin's shirt, but was not pressed against his skin. That tells me Martin was on top and leaned over to punch, and so his shirt was hanging away from his body.

As was stated earlier, the whole situation could've been avoided.

But in case you may be interested, there was a reason I used this manner of wording, and it had to do with the air of pre-eminence coming from King Obama and his administration! However, your objections are duly noted, and you have a right to say what you want. Truly, I find no intentional animositiy or guilt in you either!

And if Obama had a son, that son would look like Trayvon!

    Funny .

Everyone else that matters has known it for years.

Guess they milked that "racist" incident for all they figured they could get out of it.

That would be a fool's bet based on wishful thinking.

As you said yourself, no one will ever know what really happened that night. But you're willing to bet you're an exception to what you said?

The evidence said that Martin was a young punk with anger issues. He tried to beat up the wrong guy. Happens to wannabe tough street punks all the time.

By that logic Zimmerman apparently likes to hit women and threaten to kill motorists. Clearly the "good guy" won here. Color me shocked that Trayvon is public enemy number one and Zimmerman is your hero even though Zimmerman's rap sheet at this point puts Trayvon's to shame. Very telling.

To the contrary, as far as I can see there were no "winners".

The "hero" part you're just pulling out of thin air. A bad habit you need to break.

I don't know if Martin was a thug, "thug!" however, Brown and Garner were thugs. Anyone with a record (even a juvenile whose records have been sealed) who continues to break the laws, no matter if they commit felonies or misdemeanors, is in my book of definitions, a "thug!"

Did they deserve to die? That is dependent upon how they responded to the arresting officer, or officers, when apprehended. No one deserves to die!!! However, if a person decides to disobey the orders of the arresting officer/officers, and present themselves as a danger to the well being of the officer/officers, then fate steps in. And they place themselves in a situation that could lead to their being injured, or even killed! :tear:

There are many more thugs arrested each day, who do not choose to reach for the officer's gun, or struggle and try to wrestle and fight with the arresting officers, and they go to jail, but more importantly; they earn the right to live another day and maybe turn his or her life around and live a life that respects their fellow humans, as well as the laws that the rest of us seems to have no trouble following!

Pulled another one out of thin air.

You really need to work on breaking that habit.

No, it's just funny how you use the insulting and condemning language to describe the kid while totally avoiding the same language to the guy with anger management issues who apparently likes to hit women. That is there for all of us to see. You describe Martin as the wannabe thug with anger management issues while ironically that description more aptly describes Zimmerman who has done nothing but find himself entangled with the law since this incident. Zimmerman was a wannabe cop.

I don't see how you can possibly deny, by now, that Zimmermann has serious issues.

These are your words. I'm done playing the semantic thing with you. Now you are going to spin and deflect until you can wiggle out. I know your game. I know exactly how you are going to spin this. Let's see if I'm right.
