    The UN court is irrelevent. And the President against American interests. He needs to go.

    You think the article can be written from a more biased position? It starts with the Bush administration wants more power. I guess it's too much to expect an unbiased report.

    That's Time for you. Aside form the extreme liberal bias the facts on what the President has tried to do is correct.

    Our system of approving treaties is somewhat of a mess.

    Time's political leanings and biased presentation of this case aside, this ruling may bring some clarity in certain areas.

    For one, state courts still have some rights.
