    I also just looked up the current Dept of Defense. The position was vacated by Marine Corps General James Mattis. Who is running it now? A civilian named Patrick Shanahan, formally a executive at Boeing. Another nasty civilian. America needs allot more military discipline than a Boeing suit. :mad:

    So where was Trump this Memorial Day? Was he in Arlington at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier? No he wasn’t. Actually he was conspicuously absent from there... in Japan. :Alien

The Hydrogen Bomb dropped on Japan was detonated by the device manufactured from the designs of Nikola Tesla and John Gordon Trump.

    Nikola Tesla died in New York. All of his writing were confiscated by the Government and turned over to John Gordon Trump for review. The Trump family may have earned a lifetime deferment.​

    Did Barack Obama’s or any of his family serve in the military? Nope.

    Did Bill Clinton serve in the military? Nope, neither did Hillary or any of their family.

    I don’t believe FDR ever wore a uniform

    Come to think of it I don’t think Thomas Jefferson or Ben Franklin carried a musket in the Continental Army.

    My point is this is a ridiculous question of partisan political origin.​

    Oh btw, please show me how JGT “invented” radar. While you’re at it, how did Donald earn a deferment ... by being JGT’s body guard. I’d like to see proof of that. The boys at the legion will be so happy!

    The four sons of America’s First Family were counted among those that served with distinction and honor for the duration of the war. The Roosevelt boys – Jimmy, Elliott, Franklin, Jr., and John — all joined the U.S. armed forces and served overseas, each one having very different service experiences. Jimmy, FDR, Jr. and John followed the family tradition of naval service. Elliott soared with the Army Air Forces. Just like other wartime GI’s, they were away from family and in harm’s way. Just like other wartime GI’s, their parents worried about their safety. These are their stories.
