I love to read. So I read as much as I can on a weekly basis. Yet it varies from week to week how much time.

I like to read, too. However it varies, I guess with my mood. I like historical fiction as well as theology, and right now, I have one of each going, and two others in the wings.

Actually way more than 11 online, however books are another subject - none - I can't stand to read books :) though I do for study etc. if needed.
Online doesn't bother me a bit, I suspect it is due to the shortness of online stuff, I have an attention thing :) or lack there of. -
If you have a commute, try the books on tape/CD from the library. I have an hour each way in my commute and then I always have another book handy for waiting in lines and such.

Have some audio books on the puter but haven't tried them.
Don't commute, just compute :)
Wife uses ebooks on her pocket computer a lot and really enjoys them. -
I'd be curious to see if you would get similar results in a different forum here on the BB.
Without a doubt, people who visit the Book forum are avid readers!

The problem I have is that I speed read. I read extremly quickly, so my book budget costs are extremly high... which is hard when your broke.

There are some free ebooks online if you have a mind to read on the computer or a pocket computer.
http://www.memoware.com (all sorts)
http://www.blackmask.com (all sorts)
http://www.msreaderbooks.com (christian stuff)

http://www.mobipocket.com has cheaper books.
There are also a number of library cdroms fairly cheap if you don't mind older public domain books. -
I love to read, but mostly if I'm on a holiday break. I find myself being able to immerse myself in the reading of a book if I can do it all at once (reading the book from beginning to end). That's why I have to usually wait till a holiday break, to fully enjoy the read.

It is bizarre! I go to the library and find not very many books that I am interested in, yet when I call into Borders Bookstore I want the whole shop!
