    Admit it, mes amis, the rugged individualism and cutthroat capitalism that made America the land of unlimited opportunity has been shrink-wrapped by a half dozen short sellers in Greenwich, Conn. and FedExed to Washington D.C. to be spoon-fed back to life by Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson. We're now no different from any of those Western European semi-socialist welfare states that we love to deride. Italy? Sure, it's had four governments since last Thursday, but none of them would have allowed this to go on; the Italians know how to rig an economy.

    The same people in favor of "nationalizing" the health care industry are against "nationalizing" other industries. :tonofbricks:

    So you finally admit that Bush wants to nationalize everything. After all it is Bush, a Republician who has nationalized the financial institutions of the US. Do you still like him? Do you still believe he is conservative?

    He has never been a conservative. He has always been a liberal in disguise. Some of us have known this for a long time. Besides, we owe China more money than we owe France......

    Our Presidents/V. Presidents, are just the puppets of the behind the scene government. I hate what they have done to our souvereignty (these people without faces) and our freedoms. They are getting us more under their control. We don't even expect anything. Our schools and Colleges are teaching a dumbing down educational system and it's going to get worse. Only GOD can help his elect people, but it will take fervent prayer. Our leaders of this once great nation has brought GOD.s judgement upon us. Look at all the abortions, Filthy language and low morals that is bombarding us day after day. It is getting to be that you can't watch a lot of things on TV because of the filth and nudity. GOD help us.
