How we might have won the war on terror without going to war

This would be a better economic policy.

 

One problem is we could not switch from fossil fuel overnight so we would still be giving funding to the terrorist for a while.

 

But, if we don't start, it will never become a reality. Brazil has set a great ethanol example. Let's look into what can be done here to get started -- now!
