Indiana company scraps plans for expansion over ObamaCare device tax

An Indiana-based medical equipment manufacturer says it's scrapping plans to open five new plants in the coming years because of a looming tax tied to President Obama's health care overhaul law.

Cook Medical claims the tax on medical devices, set to take effect next year, will cost the company roughly $20 million a year, cutting into money that would otherwise go toward expanding into new facilities over the next five years.

"This is the equivalent of about a plant a year that we're not going to be able to build," a company spokesman told FoxNews.com.

Obamacare will be the final death blow to a lot of companies in the United States as well as the "death blow" to patients, who will no longer be able to find doctors to provide them with needed care.

All those who favor obamacare will have the shock of their lives what this is going to do to them personally, both in hidden taxes, higher insurance premiums, and lack of health care providers and probably medical equipment and prescription drugs when this all kicks in, if it is never repealed or done away with.

(I was thinking to myself, the 1 thing obama could do to insure his re-election is to do away with obamacare by Executive Order or start a repeal of his own law, have Harry Reid go along with the repeal, the House has already repealed it) - obama would be a shoe-in for another term - because a lot of voters and small business owners will vote for him out of sheer joy - thankfully, he is too arrogant to ever do that, lol).....
