Actually I do both and I've just joined the middle school praise band at my church, even though I'm not in middle school but most of the people are in high school anyway so that doesn't matter. I've been drumming (just snare) for about 6 years. Drumset though I've been playing for almost 2 years.

That is so cool! I think drumming is the coolest thing ever, and I know so many drummers since getting involved in the WGAZ circuit.

    Hi Kayla,

I'm in college at Pensacola Christian College, but I used to go to Maryland Baptist Bible (it's really small and close-knit; very good experience). Are you in college too?

I like Inspirations, Rochesters, McKameys, Cathedrals, Carroll Roberson, Kingsmen, and some of Greater Vision, Legacy Five & Gold City. There's probably more too...

Sounds like a neat place to live, Allison. Are you planning to go to college soon, or not yet, or no? What's your small town like?

Yeah it's not bad here...I'll be starting college in the fall. My town is the kind of town where you know everybody...my graduating class had 36 people in it....and it has one stop light. I don't really know how else to describe it. It's a good place to grow up. So where are you from, patrioticcamerican?

S.G. groups-- The Cathedrals (the awesomest!), the Dove Brothers, Kingsmen, the Simpsons', Victorious Valley (do they count? I'm not sure what they are, but s.g. sounds close enough  ).

I've been going to Carolina Bible College (Concord, NC), but I'm headed to Pensacola Christian College.

    Mercy Truth,

That's great that you are going to PCC too! Are you going this fall? What are you studying? I like Victorious Valley also. SGM is probably the closest thing; I never know how to categorize them either.

    Alison,

Your town sounds nice I live in a city that's been growing a lot here recently; more housing and shopping centers keep going up. (I'm from the US).

    Patriot,
Unless I get this scholarship that I tried for (I find out tomorrow if I got it!!!aaahhhhh!!!), then I won't be able to go until the spring. I'm majoring in English Education-- I've heard only fantastic things about PCC's education program. What are you going to be studying?

I found out-- I didn't get the scholarship :( No PCC until the spring. Well, it's disappointing, but if it was God's will, there would have been a way-- there isn't, so I must not supposed to be there. But, come the spring.. this is one girl who ain't gonna be a wallflower! I'm totaly headed to PCC!!!

    MercyTruth,

I'm sorry that you didn't get your scholarship. But that's great that you're coming to PCC! My friend is English Ed. (I'm Writing, and I'm in class with a lot of English majors.) Maybe I'll see you there somewhere!

GUESS?!!!! I found out 2 days ago-- I'm going to PCC this fall! My grandmother found out I wasn't going because I couldn't afford it, and she talked to all my aunts and uncles, and they all gave me enough money to be able to go this year. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO excited!
