Not saying those are the only example of evangelism.
Padre, would you say I am an introvert?

It appears that Salty thinks being a pastor and being an evangist are the same thing
The pastor is to lead the flock.
If a pastor does a good job Leading a good size flock, he will not have time for door to door evangelism.
Building a church around the personality of the pastor does not lead to a healthy church.
Creating a good worship, bible study and brotherly love atmosphere leads to a healthy and growing church.
This constant emphasis only on evangelism, does not lead to a healthy church.

Doesn't leading a church also mean leading them in evangelism? Paul told Timothy to do the work of an evangelist.
I agree that it is not just about evangelism, but it is also a part of leading a church.

The fact that the above questions would be asked shows a problem in the church. Extroverts are no better than introverts. Extrovert pastors are no better than introvert pastors, just different. One problem with extrovert pastors are that they think introverts should want to act like extroverts. They do not. Many extrovert pastors turn off introverts in the congregation because they project that message.
Many extroverts like to tell stories and hear themselves talk. The same for pastors. Because introverts tend to think instead of talk like extroverts, Introvert pastors are more responsible leaders and provide better theology.
I would rather have an introvert pastor than an extrovert pastor.

I understand that you are talking only of your own preferences, but does not each personality type have both strengths and weaknesses. n extrovert may say extraneous things, but an introvert (and I am one) may leave unsaid some things that ought to be said.
Both groups have issues only the Spirit of God can balance out.

God doesn't call the equipped, he equips those He calls.
If God has truly called a man to pastor, then God will give that man the strength and grace to do it, just like He did for Moses.

Yep.
That's why you did radio.
An extrovert would be on TV.

There are extroverts who drive many introverts crazy because they will not stop talking. They talk, talk, talk. It is exhausting to others.

I am an introvert. One of my favorite writers A.W. Pink was an introvert, some of the best sermons I've ever heard came from introverts, you're not alone brother and there's definitely not anything wrong with you. I suspect your sermons are steeped in the word.

Thank you. I want the sermons to be Scriptural.
