Not everyone is equal. Some are saved Christians going to heaven. Some are lost and going to Hell. You should not treat them as equals to make them feel good about going to Hell. Besides that, true diversity rejects the idea of absolute equality. I am a better trombone player than my wife is (she doesn't play). She is a better preschool teacher than I am. I know how to read and translate Hebrew. My parents don't. My dad can fix just about anything. I can't. None of us are equals.

Couldn't disagree more. Our priority should be preaching the Word of God and proclaiming the truth, not sustaining some worldly institution.
