Depends.
We are commanded not to judge those outside the church.
We are commanded not to condemn Christians for their understanding.
But we are also commanded to test teachings against the test of the written word (against Scripture) within the Church and to practice holiness - both individually and corporately - within the congregation (expel the wicked man....church discipline). -

Edit: If I had to I would. The principle of "give unto Caesar" applies. Also, the jurors are not judges (their task is to decide which points are proven, not to make moral or spiritual judgments about people).
But my answer is "no" - unless I was required to by law. -

And who can cite "don't judge..." without judging? -
By casting that “judgment” you are condemning yourself because you do the same thing.
Discernment may be, imo, one of the most useful gifts God can give us.
peace to you -
But I also do not buy that argument when it comes to serving on a jury. I would decline on religious grounds.
With the World,, Scripture is concerned with judging the moral actions of lost people (they are already assumed to be alienated from Christ...i.e., "dead", spiritually speaking). -
Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Matthew 7:1
That verse is followed by the mote and plank,
brothers being involved. -
Romans 2:1, "Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. . . ."
John 7:24, "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment."
2 Corinthians 5:10-11, "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; . . ."
1 John 3:20-21, "For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God." -
it's ok to judge just be just and careful? -

IF we are going to judge - first - our life should be in line with Gods word.
and second that judgment should be righteous judgment.
and the purpose is to restore a brother
