Is praying for a mate a selfish prayer?

    Lot's of mate-prayers :D

    My husband was 33 when we married and he'd prayed and waited a long time. He said that he was about convinced that God would have him remain single when he met me. So my advice is keep praying and remain patient!

    Depends on the wife! Unfortunately, I didn't consult the Lord on who to marry and married the wrong person--twice! It's wise to consult the Lord in who to marry (and in other big decisions), because we will have a better chance of marrying the right person. Of course, I won't be marrying again.
