    Very good, Amy G

There are those that take the promises, the conditional blessings, and the law given to Israel and apply it to the believer.

I am not saying that the principles taught through those examples are not good for the believer to know and understand.

Their are those who demand compliance to the law, use the promises given to Israel as also given to the modern believer, and expect the conditional blessings given to Israel to be fulfilled in the believer, too.

A person using such teaching can be a tool of the enemy to cause discouragement, stumbling, and hardness to the leading of the Holy Spirit in others' lives.

The Holy Spirit is our guide into ALL truth. Not the Law.

The Scriptures serve as the weapon against the enemy. Not the Law.
