The U.S. won't be that far down the road imo.

What should the world do in this situation?
How should US leaders respond? Same old rhetoric that it doesn't represent Muslims?
Or, should the prez talk of this and remind us of the atrocities of Christians ('the 'Crusades') to mitigate the seriousness and what is at stake?
Or perhaps a US leader should stand up and tell us how ISIS doesn't represent all Muslims, but Westboro Baptist represents all Christians?

Not sure why such a declaration is news. I thought we were operating under the assumption that they had already declared war against Europe and the United States? I mean isn't that supposedly one of the reasons why folks have been so wary of Syrian refugees coming into the country?
-
What should the world do? Bomb them out of existence.

I understand and agree with the sentiment. But as a workable strategy, it would be like nailing jello to the wall.

Nope. If the countries unite against these loathsome brutes, it can be done.

Regretfully, neither LeMay's or "Bomber" Harris' tactics will work in this war.

I think the only way out of this is by the hand of God. But then I believe this to be His judgment on our world.

Re post number four... Congratulations, Squire on your first Negative Rating. Rolleyes

Intern Muslims and start passing out the rifles to everyone else.

RD2, I see you gave me a dumb for my remark at post 4. Please explain how carpet bombing will work when the enemy and their families reside in the suburbs of Brussels? Where are the enemy's ball bearing, synthetic fuel, or tank factories? The ISIS cancer has spread beyond the Middle East. Even if we flatten them in Iraq or Syria, they'll just move their tents ten miles down the road.
Now do you see why I think carpet bombing is like nailing jello to the wall. I'm not being a pacifist about the matter as some here. I am being practical. -
Your answer does not align with the way of the "nation saver" he has chosen. Donald Trump's answer for ISIS is to carpet bomb so naturally if you're against what DT says, it will garner a DUMB. Biggrin
It's not an issue of practicality. It's an issue of you going against what a Fox News talking point Donald Trump has said.Roflmao -

Zaac, this is between RD2 and myself. Please let him speak for himself. Unless you have become a mind reader, you don't know enough to answer for him.
