At least somebody is doing something about the spread of terrorism in the Mideast.WASHINGTON — Israeli warplanes struck targets inside Syria on Thursday, likely missiles that were being transferred to the militant group Hezbollah, according to a senior defense official.
The attack involved two to four warplanes, said the official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the operation.
It was similar to an operation in May in which Israeli jets fired weapons at a shipment of accurate, Iranian-made guided missiles. That attack occurred near Damascus. Israel also struck suspected weapons bound for Hezbollah in January.

Yes, Israel has leaders with backbone, unlike us.
Or dissolved as a nation, which at this point seems more likely. But this so seems to play into end-time dispensation. The United States has to either be unwilling or unable to come to Israel's defense.
If Israel is under God's protection aren't we being a bit arrogant to think He needs our help to do His job?
Of course, we do not know the mind of the Lord. However, with as much as we have been blessed, and as much as we rub God's nose in sin from abortion to gay marriages, our support of Israel may be the only reason we are still here, any reasonable person would conclude.

Except the charts are wrong. While there was a sharp spike in terrorist attacks in the first six months after 9/11, from that point forward to the Great Pretender's inauguration, successful attacks -- purposefully emphasizing "successful" there -- dropped off, though I agree, they didn't go down to pre-9/11 levels. Also, showing those attacks to be nearly zero before 9/11 is just plain ignorant. Obviously, they ignore attacks in Israel, Lebanon and Jordan.According to these charts and a bunch of various "terrorism and intelligence experts" we might conclude that we have been doing something about the spread of terrorism in the Mideast and Africa.
