Yes, I listened to this exchange earlier. I think that if you go back and read the released transcript of President Trump's phone call, you will find the Ukrainian President mentions Guiliani first without any prompting.

This all becomes a bit more complicated because of earlier Russian infiltration and collusion within the Ukrainian government, which admittedly I have caught only bits and pieces of.

 

So does this mean Trump will get the Nobel Prize?
