Killers, or just innocent children, crossing our borders?

Both.

We need to take care of the children long enough to keep them healthy to send them home. We need to arrest the gang members, thugs and cartel associates and deport them to the custody of law enforcement in their home towns and cities. Not that it will do any good, because the corruption there will put them back on the streets in hours, if not minutes.

Perhaps, though, enough repeat experiences will become discouraging, and it sure will slow them down.
