A raghead thug confesses to killing over two hundred people, but even though he isn't a citizen...we try him in civilian court, and he may be let go after 20 years?!
Eric Holder should be fired today.
If this thug, or another like him that Holder lets off, harms an American citizen, Holder should be brought up on treason charges, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The above is my take. Ed Morissey has more to say... SOURCE
Let me get this straight...

America is indeed a nation that runs on rule of law, unless, of course it is expedient for an administration to reinterpret those laws for some gain, including, but not limited to stacking the Supreme Court with justices that see things one way or another in order to pass that perceived gain forward into the populace. We have much that would cause our Founders to return to war over since they signed our original documents if they could but stand in our era. But, alas, they cannot return to us, and we cannot seem to figure out how to elect candidates that interpret the Founding documents in context...
And, seeing as how we ARE a nation that operates under rule of law, one would think that we would treat foreign war criminals according to the standards of that law, i.e., try them under a military tribunal on foreign soil, as has been the case since the advent of our nation.
Bringing these prisoners of war into our nation and giving them the rights that are held for citizens of this great nation has been one of the greatest travesties of our law in our history! And more so, that the results of the trial are so pitiful, when in fact we simply could have lined up these enemy combatants and called the firing squad to "ready, aim, fire." -
Perhaps a basic civics refresher course would be helpful.

I know I enjoy it when we use racial epithets to advance the conversation around here. :(

Nothing is going to change until that con man & his posse are out of office... work to that end in 2012.

Regardless of where he was tried, if he confessed to these killings, why did a jury of American citizens find him innocent, I'm puzzled?

President Bush noted that 3 (THREE) persons were waterboarded during his administration. Let me say that again, THREE persons. You can read that excerpt from his book, "Decision Points", page 171:
