A short, thin man of around 80 was taking a leisurely walk in a forest.
He heard the sound of chainsaws and the shout, "Tiimbeerrr!"
He came to a clearing and saw a group of men doing some logging.
The older walked over to a big burly lumberjack and said to him,
"I would like to join your group and do some tree harvesting."
The burly man took a good long look at the old man and said,
" You can't do this kind of work.
You are not built for it.
It takes strength and knowhow about trees and tools,
and you are too old!"
The smaller man said, " I know how. I have lots of experience."
The burly one said, "Oh, yeah? Tell me about your (snicker) experience."
The thin elderly man said, "You know the Sahara Forest?..."
The lumberjack interrupted him and interjected, "You mean the Sahara Desert."
The old, thin one said, "Oh, nooowww."

Reminds me of a T-shirt I once saw.
Front side had only "Earth First!" while the back showed a sea of stumps and, "We'll log the other planets later."
