So as the lost go to Hades at death, they will be already suffering and aware of this. It is also clear from the Account in
Luke 16 , that once you are in Hades you cannot leave. In which case those in
Matthew 7 cannot refer to after death

It seems both Matthew 7 and Luke 13 speak to the same event. Luke 16 speaks of death and the consequences of how we live it. So if Matthew 7:21-23 is not after death, where did He tell them to depart from His presence?

Oh, I agree with that, as that was never a point I was making. I’m just wondering why ppl who are in Hades seem to be caught off-guard by being told to depart from Him. Maybe it’s just them pleading for mercy? Someone said that, not ver batim, but does seem like a very plausible take on this subject.

Yet in
Jude 1 we see those who fell with Satan who are reserved for the day of judgment. So I don’t think anyone is truly judged until the last day.

I agree. I'm saying that we will experience the final judgement immediately after we die. In the timeless Kingdom of Heaven this is the same moment that someone who died in 65 B.C. or in 2075 AD will be judged.

Great White thrown Judgement happens at end of the Kingdom State, as next is the Eternal State!
