On Thursday, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals gave Judge Emmet Sullivan 10 days to respond to a petition filed by Michael Flynn's lawyers asking the appeals court to dismiss charges against Michael Flynn. Attorneys for Flynn filed a writ of mandamus asking the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to remove Judge Sullivan from the case and dismiss charges against Michael Flynn as by the Justice Deparequestedrtment.

The rest of the Circuit Court found out what the three-judge panel had done and the full court reviewed the case, and denied Flynn's motion by and 8-2 vote.

And now it has come out that the DOJ provided the Court with "inaccurate filings" which included the wrong date on certain notes by McCabe and Strzok that are critical to Flynn's assertion's that he was set up. Judge Sullivan has demanded that the DOJ certify that the evidence is unaltered and correct.

I'm linking news stories that literally quote case documents. The only delusion is your "TDS" claim. You really don't know the difference between reality and fantasy, do you?

It has NOT been dropped. The DOJ just certified that the documents and exhibits are now accurate last Thursday evening, just before midnight. Judge Sullivan has not yet made a ruling.
You are completely in error, but I doubt you will admit it.

So you are saying the full Circuit Court did not meet and rule against Flynn and the DOJ 8-2?
So you are saying that there were no issues with the dates on the notes in the DOJ's documents? You don't believe the DOJ?
So you are saying that the case has actually been dismissed, even though it hasn't?

So who's deluded here?

 

Im saying it doesnt mean what you want it to mean. In order for a case to be prosecuted there must be a prosecutor. Since the prosecutor has dropped it they cannot be compelled to do so. All of that means nothing. Its all an excercise in futility. A lot of wishfull thinking on your part.
