1 is not a reason, but a situational reason. As it is less based upon the Seminary than locale.
2 is not a uniqueness unless requiring people to share the Gospel is what you mean. If that is the reason someone chooses a seminary, then I guess that could be a good reason for that person.
3. Cost is not that much different than other seminaries. I think at one time it was a significant difference, but today less significant as seen here:
1408.00-MABTS for 9 credit hours
1906.00-SBTS for 9 credit hours
1530.00-NOBTS for 9 credit hours
1803.00-SEBTS for 9 credit hours
1800.00-LBTS for 6-15 credit hours
Yet, I do not think most people choose a seminary based upon cost and that they require weekly witnessing.
I think most look at academics, Pastoral Theology, Theology, and if they belong to a denomination, affiliation.
