Given that Romney wants to cut taxes and increase defense spending, how does he plan to reduce the deficit and the overall national debt?
What is his timetable to get to a balanced budget?

I'm asking this question because I don't know the specifics of Romney's plan. At least Obama is somewhat forthright with what he wants to do and admits he won't balance the budget in his administration. -

From what I can find, Romney wants to cut spending from the current level of 24.3% of GDP to 20% of GDP.
On the other hand, Romney wants to increase defense spending from where it is now as a percent of GDP (article didn't list it) to a bare minimum of 4% of GDP.
So, when will the budget be in balance under Romney? -
Romney's financial plan is to start WW3, same as Obama's plan.
