Yesterday a reporter asked gibbs why this admin was pursuing a law suit against Arizona based on a supposed conflict with Federal law but has done thing toward those cities that have save haven policies for illegal aliens.

The fact is Obama and his ilk want open borders and are willing to ignore Fed law to allow it but not willing to ignore Fed law against it. He is a very dishonest man.

He is a politician & a very transparent one. The Illegals represent much of his potential voting electoral base in 2012. IE...he wants to be reelected. Egad s, another 4 years of this crime organization. :BangHead::BangHead:

It worse than that, Rhode Island is already doing what Arizona wants to do about questioning suspects concerning their immigration status:

Rhode Island is not bad, it is very good because the Supreme Court has already ruled that police officers can ask for proof of citizenship. This is precedent and will work in favor of Arizona.

If the court has already ruled in Rhode Island that the police can legally do this, they will have a difficult time prohibiting this in Arizona.

I agree. I hope it didn't sound like I was being critical of RI.

I am being critical of the administration for wasting time, money and resource for something thats already a done deal in the eyes of the Surpreme Court because of the RI precedent.
