The company should be free to impose any dress code it wishes. The woman isn't being forced to work there. -

It used to be, historically, that Baptists would support the request of an individual to wear religious attire.
Religious Liberty is a Baptist distinctive historically.
Guess not so much anymore...to our shame.
No man or woman should be discriminated against for choosing to wear appropriate religious attire. -
Because it was introduced as a religious expression rather than a simple dress code.
