Have a problem with Norton Anti-virus. The fix is to delete and reload. I bought this program over the net and down-loaded it therefore I don't have a disk. My anti-virus program is good till 11/04. I need to know how to go to the Norton site on the web and down load the program again.

It seems like you might have to jump through a lot of hoops to get an email to customer support.
I did not know your exact version so I stopped short of following through all the different windows of questions.
