Another IFB school has been accredited. Seems to a trend. Check out at the announcement on the Northland Baptist Bible College website:

"We are happy to announce that on Monday, April 14, Northland was granted full accreditation by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) . This was the culmination of a process that was started nearly five years ago at which time NBBC was granted pre-accredited status with all of the related benefits. It is our desire that reaching this next important benchmark in the accreditation process will be an additional blessing to our students and their families. As always, we are reminded that we do not seek accreditation to guarantee the credibility of our message but rather to communicate the integrity of our function as an educational institution. We are grateful for this opportunity to be a part of the TRACS organization and for the service it provides to our institution in this way. TRACS is recognized by both the United States Department of Education, and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, as a national accrediting body for Christian institutions, colleges, universities, and seminaries."

Aww man, we can't bad talk them anymore. When I was at Maranatha and when Northland would beat us in a sporting event, we would say "that win didn't count because they're unaccredited!"

    Good for them! :godisgood:

Obviously they went for accreditation so Maranatha students couldn't say that anymore!
