I lost track in all of these posts who wrote the above quote. But I disagree. I don't see where Germany and Japan and Italy in the World War II saw anything end by negotiation. The war ended when they surrendered unconditionally.

Neither do I. And we are not. I predict(dispensationalists do it all the time so why can't I [IMG] ) that by at least the end of 2006 we will be seeing a significant draw down of U.S. forces in Iraq. Yes, there will still be some terrorists to do deal with in Iraq after we leave but by then the Iraqis should be a in a position to basically handle that job themselves.

Is it really that difficult for you to tell us the positive results from Iraq and Afghanistan and what reasons you voted for President Bush. Clearly this is an admission on your part.

LE It is common knowledge that we have terrorist cells. I will leave that up to the professionals to weed them out. Do you think it is beneficial to criticize our leader and military to become successful in area that needs ratification? Perhaps there is a better way to go about it. I do not think it is rational to remove all of our military around the globe to resolve this issue. I also do not believe every Muslim is a terrorist. I have many Muslim friends and they are more patriotic than some Americans on this board. Our real danger at home is with the people who undermine our military and President and seek to remove any trace of God from our country. It just makes it that much easier for our enemy.

Enoch...you assume I would go to your country illegally. That is wrong. Besides...those who tend to go there illegally are desperate to be there. I would hardly call myself 'desperate' to be there. [IMG] Don't flatter yourself.

I believe I asked Joseph where I should go to find all the facts that conservatives are privy to. It should not be a difficult thing to do for any conservative.

I was countering the the "belief" that war could not be ended by negotiation. The way they said "negotiation" led me to believe that anyways.

Enoch, living in a free country gives them the RIGHT to DO that.

Only "bad people" believe the government and military are beyond criticism.

Facts about all things that conservatives know to be facts. Do you want to help or do you not?

If you truly want information which Joseph has willing offered to you I think being more specific would help.

I thought it was obvious. Everything we've been arguing about. The war, policies, etc. Basically I want to know where he gets facts from so that I can get them.

Please be more specific. What would you like to know about the war? If I have some information about it, I will gladly share it with you.

Hey Joseph, thanks. Just anything that you have used to gather facts and beliefs regarding the war, etc.
Maybe what the war is about...since I have this suspicion oil is involved.
Maybe why you are fighting to liberate people in Iraq but not in other countries that suffer from oppression as well...or which countries you may actually be in because all I hear about is Iraq.

Just any facts that you have to know. A few days back someone said that Canada leads the world in gay marriages and I spent twenty minutes trying to find the facts on that, and couldn't. I never claimed to be a fact gathering genius. :(
