Q: Why do people like to live in sin? -
Because sin is "fun", and the consequences don't occur to them.
Why do people do drugs? (ick) -
do you mean co-habiting? or a sinful life?
both, i think are due to ignorance and / or a lack of understanding about the Lord and salvation. so many seem to think of church as being religious, they don't see it as a personal walk with the Lord. it is very sad, so many have had a bad "religious" experience or just think it is not for them. we have a huge responsibility to shine in the darkness of the world, Praise God that He is with us every step of the way.
How often do you tell people about Jesus? -
Not as often as I should.
Do you sing in the choir? -
No. I was going to but then I looked up the qualifications for joining and it said you had to be able to sing. THE NERVE OF THEM!
Have you ever wanted to be a missionary to a foreign country?
Gina -
After high school my dad was arranging for me to go live in a Kubutz to work and live there for the summer. I ended up going to work for Carpenter's For Christ.
Have you ever been overseas? -
No - maybe vicariously - our daughter spent a semester in Spain - during college - also she spend three weeks in the Dominican Republic.
Our son has been to Haiti four times.
I suspect that we helped pay at least a part in all those trips!!

I try to keep up with all the posting here Dan. Now that's some reading. But, not alot of reading goin' on.
What do you do when your not on the web? -
read, work, and spend time with my wonderful fiance!
Q: What do you do at a reception (wedding) when there's no dancing? -
Sit, talk, eat, at one of our daughter's receptions - they had a slide show - showing he and she from the time they were babies - up to almost the time of the wedding, sit, talk, eat, did I say eat?
My wife just rubbed my belly to remind me that I do more than my fair share of EATING!!!
How often do you overeat? -
Before last Monday, often. Good all week and blow the weekends.
How long did/does it take you to polish off a 1/2 gallon of ice cream by yourself? (how many sittings) -
Maybe three sittings in the old (prediabetic) days - that's probably one of the reasons I'm a diabetic - now five or six - and now it's the no sugar added type.
Do you like any syrup on your icecream? -
Chocolate, Carmel and Butterscotch, not all at the same time.
Do you like sprinkles, nuts, broken cookies on top or do they just take up precious space? -
Only on a sundae!
What's your favorite ice cream flavor? -
Probably cookies and cream...cotton candy is good, too. My favorite sundae, though, is strawberry shortcake! :D
Q: How did you find the BB? -
sorry, i can't remember. i know if took me ages to get the courage to post though.
when cooking, are you a follow the recipe person or a throw in a bit of this and that in person -
Well, when I first try a recipe I usually follow it as it says but later I do my own version.
Have you ever made up your own recipe? -
no, i don't think so, but i have had occassions when the result looked nothing remotely like the picture in the book
in fact, when i was a school and we had cookery lessons, my "efforts" were always pointed out to the rest of the class as
"and this is what it shouldn't look like" :(
What is the most ambitious dish you have made? -
Spanakopita - just because of the phyllo.
Q: How many hours of sleep do you need to feel refreshed?
