FYI...R/P Byzantine text has been reprinted by Chilton Publishing. I have a copy...it is excellent.

I also plan on purchasing it. Definetly well priced. Good to know it's also quality.
-
So how accurately does it represent the "original" text?

Close enough to give us the Bible!

A great study on the subject -
Is a strong consensus among the Byzantine MSS always inerrant? Can anyone point out a few places where it appears that it is not, and the rationale for such a conclusion?

Have any of you guys seen the Hodges-Farstad Greek majority Text? I have a copy - very nice apparatuses - one comparing the MT with the CT and the other listing variances within the MT itself.

Yes I have seen and read some online of the Hodges-Farstad Greek MT. But overall from what I have read the R/P Byzantine Greek Text is a better text because it covers more manuscripts and is excellent overall.

BTW the above is just hearsay since I can't really read Greek yet.
