dr Jeremiah at least agrees with Paul and the Reformed on how to interprete Pauline theology, unlike NT Wright, who sought to reinvite Pauline theology, but thankfully has pretty much failed to do so!

Ahhh, I see.
They DO make great Bibles but if I'm getting a nice "looker", I'm going to get something I want to read as my regular Bible too.
I am a faithful Bible owner.
I pretty much have one Bible that I use and use it all the time.
My current ESV is a pretty TruTone one in green with an ivy imprint in it.
It's gone to camp with me, on the boat, to church, to the woods, in my car and on my walks.
:)
Fortunately, it's been holding up great for the last 4 years or so that I've had it.
If I change, it's going to be to another Bible that will be my faithful companion.
I do have other Bibles at home but not that I tend to take with me or use much more than for study but even then I don't use them much because of the online resources I now have.
It's easier to search online than through a bunch of books!

i would use that for my 'church bible", as in calfskin, would last my lifetime, and maybe gift to one of my boys!

Ah, if only I had it back, gone in one of our moves:
my black Moroccan leather Pitt Minion KJV verse format.
It looked, it felt, it was "my Bible."
Thought I found a brown replacement at a garage sale in Arkansas last week, but alas, in smelled bad and pages were crumbly brittle.

Think many evangelicals latched unto him, as he did support the resurrection of Jesus, but his views regarding the inspiration of the Bible and his attempt to re invent Pauline theology left a bad taste!
