....The RNC is keeping a growing list of phony donors and unexplained credit card charges that it believes point to more than a simple inability by the Obama team to keep track of all the money flowing in. Steve and Rachel Larman, a Missouri couple who vote Republican, told local reporters that they found a $2,300 charge for a donation to the Obama campaign on their credit card statement that they could not explain. Patricia Phillips, a Virginia Republican, had a similar experience, she said, when she opened her MasterCard statement last month to discover a $5 charge from the Obama campaign. "I thought, 'Oh, my! This is not from me,' " she said...

....
“(They) said that they had seen-they were familiar with this,” said Steve Larman. “It was fraud, they believe through telemarketing but they were going to be doing some more investigations.”
The Larman’s don’t want their politics to enter into what is essentially just a fraudulent charge. But they say that the charge involves the Obama campaign adds insult to injury for the registered Republicans
“They (Chase) kept on asking me ‘are you sure you wouldnt have gone to a site in support of Obama’,” said Rachel Larman. “And I repeatedly said ‘Im voting for McCain - I would not be going to an Obama site’.....
2 documented cases. Think it's a nasty coincidence, or is the campaign just flaunting law in order to get in the W.H. ?

Obama commits credit card fraud and I guess people will look the other way, and he'll get by with it.

Maybe someone's cooking the books. Maybe he preyed upon someone more vigilant about their accounts, and maybe now we'll see he hasn't raised it all on the up & up. Remember, the first campaign promise he broke concerned campaign finance.

As for the taking public money, he was smart not to since the DNC didn't have the support the RNC had. You see all the help McCain is getting via the RNC and Palin is raking in huge dough at her fund raisers. She raised $10 million from just over 200 doners. He would have been a huge disadvantage.
I also find it noble and refreshing to see a candidate run for office without using tax payers money. I would think you less government spending proponents would be thrilled about that. It shows his supporters were willing to put their money where their vote is. -
We have proof of credit card fraud. Now how about proof of you 'think'.

Obama is a Muslim.
Obama is a Arab
Obama is the Messiah???
None of these are true and both sides know it. So when you say the other side is being honest??? You'll have to clarify when I made that accusation in error. If I did I will gladly apologize. -

I wish you'd be equally offended by both side's lies.

Plain as day, ain't it ? -
Now as for Palin, one need only state the facts with her. I think they should have presented her for who she is and not tried to hype her into something she wasn't. She could learn a lot under McCain's wing and might make a good leader one day. I really don't think she's ready (not saying experienced, I said ready). Her rough edges and lack of government knowledge is noticeable and as McCain would say, the oval office is not the place for OJT. -
