CHICAGO (Reuters) - U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama raised a record $66 million in August, a campaign spokesman said on Sunday.
The latest figures may bolster expectations of a money advantage that Obama could have over Republican candidate John McCain in the final two months before the November 4 election.

What a waste of money!
-
Yep, but it's not tax payers money and I think you should appreciate that...
I mean, you say you plan to reform government then take $84 Mil to do it... Kind of hypocritical isn't it?
Shouldn't McCain say I will reform the rest of government? -

Currently it is not helping him in the polls.

Even if it doesn't back down, Obama has nothing to loose... -

The lipstick "incident' was wrong. But Obama needs to stay away from unscripted events. It keeps his studder down to a minimum. The Palin effect is quite a bit more than lipstick on a pig. McCains shameful exaggeration of the lipstick on a pig pales in comparison to all the babies that will be slaughtered with Obama full support and cooperation. -
I know Obama and my view on abortion differ but there are more people alive that are hurting with this economy and the war that I hope my vote can do something to help (this includes me). If I thought voting for McCain would really help the abortion issue I would consider it but I know McCain was against overturning Roe vs Wade coming into the primaries. He's changed several of his views to get votes which I don't trust.
I know people change but politicians also lie. I don't believe there's a line in politicians that separate the two. -

I don't think his "speech" is hurting him I know his inability to answer unscripted questions is hurting him. The studder is not physical it is due to a lack of knowledge.

How 'bout you? -
Let them waste posts attacking me. Those are posts they can't use attacking Senator Obama or supporting Senator McCain. :) -

Well, I would have a hard time trusting anyone who does it as much as Ken, or Obama does. We'll see how much she does.
