Anyone watching the Olympics? The Americans just won two medals in a pretty wild race in the short track (skating).

I love watching them, but I am at work hand though I have had the set on, I am only capturing glimpses.

I have always enjoyed watching the winter Olympics.
-
I like summer Olympics just as much.
I got to go to Salt Lake City when the winter Olympics were there. We, among other things, got to see a bobsled event. -
That's cool you got to go to one in person. I never have, maybe one day.

Wow, an American girl just knocked off a Canadian for the gold with the last run on the moguls. The American get gold and bronze!

I'm a self-admitted Olympics junkie.
If I had extra money, I'd collect Olympic posters & memorabilia.
Lifelong dream: To attend an Olympic games. My former church wouldn't let me off to go see them in Atlanta in 1996. :(
Maybe one day.
Hey, Steven, we'll go halves, you and me. We'll split expenses even, 70/30. -
Not only are we watching but I have my homeschooler doing a four week study of them!
So far they have been very exciting. -
My passion continued with a mission project in Salt Lake City, then to Athens, Greece.
I look forward to another day (and job) that will permit me to attend yet another Olympics. -
I love the Olympics. One summer I saw the Olympic torch three times. In 1996, I saw the torch in Knoxville, in a town north of there, and in Louisville, KY. I saw it in 1984 here and in Cincinnati. They say the Olympic torch sighting is a once in a lifetime event. Well, I've lived five lifetimes I know!
I have been on an olympic venue. The 1996 Olympic kayaking was held on the Ocoee River just a couple hours away here in TN.
I like the Winter Games more than the Summer games. 1980 turned me into a junkie, but I appreciated even the '76 summer games. -
I'm gonna watch it for the hockey!
