We believers are preventing the return of Christ aren't we?

That will be a very good excuse.
Romans 13:
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
This scripture will be used to define why it didn't happen or at least it could be.
Of course this is just telling us in context 7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
means we are to busy telling others about Jesus and loving the brethren. Love them by witnessing to them.
Many take this as don't be indebt finacially. -

This type of prediction always reminds me of the story they used to tell where I grew up.
Seems sometime in the 1800s a local pastor determined when the world would end. He preached it and, of course, some believed. On the morning the world was to end a farmer in his congregation climbed up on a big hay stack to watch the end arrive.
A neighboring farmer, who did not believe the world would end, slipped up and set the hay stack on fire.
When the farmer on the hay stack smelled the smoke and then saw the flames he is reported to have said, Huh, just like I suspected, in hell!"
This was always told as a true story.
No one knows when the world will end and it is a total waste of time to guess. It also shows how scripture can be used to prove anything you want to prove. -

You know, I'm having to wonder why they are advertising judgement day if no one can get saved at the present time? Or can they get saved if they send HC a "donation"? (hmmm, that brings up the whole issue of buying your way into heaven  )
Surely I have better things to wonder about? -
