Amen. David Jeremiah has mentioned a few in some of his books and he mentioned John Chrysostom in his latest book, but mentioned others in his other books. Also a great street preacher example is mentioned in the book In Pursuit of Purity.

Who was holding the video camera? A Ghost? Me and my girl-friend were out passing out tracts and talking with people for about a hour before I did some open air.

    I have drawn crowds before.

However in this context I was not trying to draw a crowd, but to preach the word to many sinners that did not want to repent.

Don't you think there is a difference between someone holding a camera and someone standing there and listening? Forgive me for trying to make suggestions.

The old nature wants to answer you that the only ghosts i saw there were the people listening... but I decided not to say it.

Results and responses do not motivate me. Mark 16:15 is what motivates me and sadly many here are very little motivated by the Bible and very heavily motivated by the opinions of men.

Amen!!! Amen!! Well said brother. Yeah too many here are more interested in the response than the Bible command in Mark 16:15.

I have done dialogue type preaching before as shown in the clip above but its not my normal style.

Well said Brother...and I would remind everybody of one other thing...there is always that valuable biblical principle found in Proverbs 27:17 which states:

17" Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend."

I can't help but believe that in posting his video on the BB, our dear bro.Evangelist HAD to know that he was opening himself up for criticism. But, there is value in the exchange of ideas...even when it comes in the form of criticism. I have, over the years I have been here, GLEANED valuable suggestions and learned things that have been helpful to me...even when at times it has come in the form of insults, argument and criticism. Hopefully, we will all contribute comments on this board that are offered more in the spirit of charity and grace but I recognize that the nature of some of the discourse here requires that we think critically and sometimes reply firmly and bluntly. I personally hope that the comments I can contribute will always be a blessing and a help to some, if not all of you. I can get dogmatic and direct at times but I mean no deliberate harm in it.

It's probably just me, but a couple of things strike me with this comment.

    1. How did you know they were all sinners?

    2. How do you know they did not want to repent?

Most people are saved during a personal presentation of the Gospel.

Pentecostals don't want you to use your mind, and now this about "feelings" from Luke.

Luke, here's a song for you:

Jesus did not say to preach the gospel only if they would listen and only if the method of evangelism works. He said to preach to all creation. Read Mark 16:15.

You love to make wild assumptions none of which are true.

    We still do it though!

Well, I guess it's like John Wayne said, "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do."
