He worships the "almighty" dollar. And yes, as an idolater he stands condemned in his sins without living faith, unless he repents of his greed to show himself as having the Holy Spirit.

I despise the publicity a guy like this gets because you know his mental illness/cosmic conscious beliefs are merely being used to fuel an attempt to represent the mentality of the followers of Christ to the public and this is the main reason the story gets so much publicity from the media.

Reminds me of Todd Bentley and the "Florida Outpouring" some years ago. He claimed that about 23 people had been raised from the dead during his "meeting" Most in some inacessible parts of Africa. His Audience cheered and clapped each time another raising was claimed.

Reminds me of Smith Wigglesworth, who couldn't heal his own wife, or himself, & William M. Branham's family & followers who couldn't prevent his death following an auto accident, nor resurrect him.

Do you contend Paul had eye problems? Most who argue against divine healing, as part of their case, contend Paul had an eye ailment.

i support divine healing - why not - there is no satanic healing is there?
Paul was a special case.

Didn't someone try to make a similar deal with Peter when he went to visit Philip in Samaria? I don't think God likes the idea of buying and selling gifts from God [Acts 8:18-20].
