    I also ran for Congress as a Libertarian in 2014. I have also voted for Republicans and Democrats and Greens(the Greens votes were for doing the work to finally make the ballot in Arkansas as a minor party even before the Libertarians finally did so) and independents and even the U.S. Tax Party’s presidential candidate in 1992. Also, wrote in Jack Kemp for president in 1988. Crossing party lines used to be very common in the United States before we became so politically tribalized.

    One monstrous aspect of the improper impeachment inquiry is that it is being framed as if it should be a highly partisan effort. Some days ago, Chris Cuomo insisted that whether to have an impeachment (inquiry) "is for the Democrats to decide."

    Note that neither he nor the poll placed that decision with the House, but only with the Dems. This is strictly about wielding power and seizing more, not about whether the president actually did something impeachable, which is why the Dems are conducting the matter in such an illicit manner. Oppose their mendacious maneuverings and they will accuse you of yet more "crimes."

    At least this biased poll still shows an approximately even split over how the Dems have handled this illicit impeachment inquiry.

    Since there is an inquiry of impeachment for Trump for whatever reason, why not open an investigation into Hillary for all the countless crimes she has gotten away with while we are at it? Before anyone replies with sticks and stones, please research before replying because I have my list of reasons locked and loaded.

    The popular opinion is nowhere near always correct. I have watched lots and lots and lots of horse races where the popular opinion makes the favorite odds on and doesn't win.
