I saw Jerry Reed in concert in the mid-70s and it was an amazing show. He was an incredible entertainer.

Here's my JR tribute, and this will seriously date me :laugh: When I was in my early teens my mom and dad had a Buick LeSabre with an 8-track player. Every Sunday evening, (and I do mean EVERY) as soon as church was over a bunch of us kids would jump in the car and pop in the Jerry Reed 8- Track and play "When You're Hot, You're Hot" over and over till our parents would finally take us home. Fun times!
 
Man he was awesome. So many are gone.

Since we are in the middle of a political cycle I think this is an appropriate tribute to share.

I saw Jerry Reed live in 1984 at a Reagan/Bush rally. He did a modified version of Eastbound and Down that had us bound for Washington. Cool memory.
