The government is going to weatherize people's homes? Unbelievable. Who chooses the the 2.5 million that get the weatherizing? That's only a small fraction of the number of homes in this country.
This is just another grand socialist idea from the Obamanites. Winterizing or summerizing your home is your responsiblity - not mine! Pay your own bills and I'll pay mine. If you can't afford it - don't do it!
