The name of the site is Pro-life Pro-Obama. It does not say Pro-life Obama.

Obama has clearly stated his desire to see less abortions.

But the actions that are listed on the Pro-life, Pro-Obama site do not have any plan for improving and increasing counseling services for women seeking abortions so that they will be aware of their options.

I think the movie Juno did a great job of bringing the issue in a light-hearted yet serious manner for this current generation and I think will do more to reduce abortions than any pro-life politician ever has since Roe v Wade.

You have got to be kidding me.:BangHead: Obama is the most pro-death and anti-unborn child to come down the pike. He supports leaving born children left to die unattended because the mother intended to abort the child. The site clearly has the intention to paint Obama as being Pro-life. To say otherwise is dishonest.

The first thing you see in bold on the site this question:

The implication obviously being that Obama is not pro-life.

Aside from the fact that the url says otherwise your perceived implication couldn't be more wrong.

The url is "pro-life pro-obama", without the hyphens. Maybe your vision is going. :)

Your assertion is silly. Good luck with that.

Obama wouldn't know pro-life if it hit him in the head!

Well, I think Obama has admitted he is pro-choice. I prefer someone to tell me they are pro-choice than to say they are pro-life and not support the cause.

Obama is one of the most pro child death people I've seen, not only pro abortion, but voted to let babies that have not been in the womb for 9 months (not persons according to him)die without medical help.

Um, I'm not sure how that constitutes a reply to his apparently correct point.

There is a huge difference between supporting a woman's right to choose and being "pro child death".

It is neither correct nor worth a reply.

    There is absolutely no difference.

You forgot to put right to choose in quotation marks.

True. And Gov. Palin is definitely pro-choice.

    He's lying.

His actions have already told us the truth.

let me state this yet again. I am not a McCain nor a Palin supporter. Making disparaging points about them to me holds no value. I do not care.

Sometimes I think that if Obama were to come out and say something to the effect of "I'm changing my positions out of a desire to see less abortions", that many of you would beat him with a hammer and say, "you aren't changing, you're pro-choice, REMEMBER!@?!!!?"

*SIGH* If he is elected, I will be praying very hard that whatever he wants to do to decrease abortions, whether it is the 95/10 initiative, or whatever, that it actually works.

If McCain is elected....I want more than him pandering to those whose tongues dangle out of their mouths throwing votes the moment they say "I'm pro-life", and want him to actually do something like the 95/10 initiative.

Being pro-life has become nothing more than a label that convinces people you're worthy to be president. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let's push whoever is elected to do MORE than elect judges, but actually put together things that actually DECREASE abortions!!

The governments role in abortion is to make it illegal. Outside of that government has no role.
