Since my 2008 campaign for the presidency I have often been asked, “How would a constitutionalist president go about dismantling the welfare-warfare state and restoring a constitutional republic?” This is a very important question, because without a clear road map and set of priorities, such a president runs the risk of having his pro-freedom agenda stymied by the various vested interests that benefit from big government.

Pure propaganda because the Constitution is functioning exactly as written!
If the results of the constitution that was produced by the 2nd American Revolution are not as intended then the reason must be a piss poor (good KJV Bible word, see Strongs) job of writing it.

Um, no.
The constitution only functions as written we we the people keep the branches of government in check, and they keep each other in check.
That is not happening.
When the courts system is being used to skirt around what we the people have voted, the constitution is not being honored and the government is out of balance.
